Enterprise Seychelles Agency (ESA), an entity of the Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry organized an Etiquette Training for all its staff on Wednesday 1st September and Wednesday 8th September 2021, in two groups respectively.
The training comprises of various learning tools to enable ESA staff to understand how they should behave in particular business or professional situations, thus leading them to operate effectively and efficiently in a multifunctional environment. It was a contribution towards learning the modern set of rules as well as recap on simple and basic manners, cultural practices and behaviors to adopt whilst attending high level and corporate events, be it local or overseas.
The training was conducted by Mr. Gervais Moumou, Chief of Protocol at the Department of Foreign Affairs and it was held at Care House Training Room in Victoria.
This training will also be implemented across other entities in the Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry as it ties in with the aim of improving customer service across the Ministry.
