ESA Hosts Flowers & Plants Exhibition as part of Creole Festival

Enterprise Seychelles Agency (ESA) hosted a Flowers & Plants exhibition and sale at Camion Hall in Victoria from the 25th to 29th October 2021.

The exhibition was organized in partnership with Violet Breeze Association and saw the participation of a number of flowers and plants enthusiasts who were displaying and selling a large variety of products. The activity was organized as part of the activities for the Creole Festival and it showcased the culture and heritage of Seychelles, through its fauna and it was a means to further encourage everyone to start their own garden at home. This venture could also eventually lead to more entrepreneurship development in this sector, by individuals who are interested to start their own business.

The exhibition was open to the general public and it attracted a large crowd from the first day to the last day of the event. The business representatives appreciated the fact that they were given this opportunity to promote their business and sell their products. This event was in line with one of the functions of ESA as stipulated under its Act, which is to facilitate relevant trade fairs and exhibitions for enterprises to encourage and facilitate their involvement.
