ESA Closes Global Entrepreneurship Week with a Trade Fair

A Trade Fair was organized on Friday 27th November and Saturday 28th November 2020 by Enterprise Seychelles Agency (ESA) to close the celebrations for Global Entrepreneurship Week in Seychelles. The two-day activity was held at Camion Hall building in Victoria, on the premise of ESA.

The Trade Fair attracted numerous local entrepreneurs manufacturing locally made goods, such as in the likes of spices, plants, jams, pickles, local cakes, and even pets. The aim of the activity was to promote local artisans and promote locally made products and show the public the importance of buying local products as a means of import substitution.

Enterprise Seychelles Agency hosted the event as part of its mandate which is to provide training, promotion and marketing services to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), in order to identify and facilitate relevant trade fairs and exhibitions for enterprises and encourage and facilitate their involvement.
