ESA Hosts African Mini Bazaar at Camion Hall as part of Africa Day 2022

Seychelles celebrated its African heritage alongside other African countries, as part of the activities for Africa Day 2022. For this year, Enterprise Seychelles Agency collaborated with various public and private sector entities to host an African Mini Bazaar at Camion Hall building on Friday 27th May and Saturday 28th May 2022.

The event provided promotion and sales opportunities to entrepreneurs and businesses whereby an array of products were on sale, such as African clothing, musical instruments, various foods and beverages as well as horticulture. On Friday 27th, the evening ended with a “moutya” illuminating our culture and heritage which was greatly appreciated by members of the public.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Seychelles Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts, Creative Seychelles Agency, Seychelles Investment Board, Department of Tourism, COMESA Federation for Women in Business and Entertainment “Zilwa” and it attracted a participation of more than 20 local businesses.
