The World IP Day is celebrated to learn about the role that Intellectual Property right play in encouraging innovation and creativity.
The World Intellectual Property Organisation has chosen the theme of ‘Reach for Gold: IP and Sports‘ for this year.
In view that Seychelles does not have much in related to Sport and IP, so it has been decided that the activity will be decentralised. All stakeholders on the committee will organise some awareness activities in commemoration of the World IP Day on their respective compound.
ESA will be organising an educational fair. At the same time, ESA will be promoting its services in the fair. The event will comprise of some MSMEs, that has registered their business with the IP Office. Some stakeholders which are on the committee, has also been invited to occupy some space in our compound.
